Easter Seals Greater Washington-Baltimore Region’s established, cutting-edge Senior + Program in Fairfax County, VA seeks a Recreational Therapist to plan and implement recreational, therapeutic, social and informational programs to meet the diverse needs of the senior + participants. Responsibilities include participating in the participant’s initial assessment, treatment plans & goals, and leading individual & group recreational therapy sessions.

Successful candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, CTRS certified and a minimum of two (2) years of therapeutic recreational experience working with aging adults with/ without functional impairments; have initiative, time management & decision-making skills, and verbal & written communication skills.
