Vibrant & growing pharmaceutical software company in Reston seeks an Administrative Assistant for their busy CEO! Responsibilities include: light travel arrangements, calendaring, scheduling, expense reports, meeting planning/event preparation, filing, software project overflow, and other duties as assigned. Some personal work required (e.g. making coffee, ordering lunches & supplies, etc.). Candidate will serve as staff liaison for CEO and interface with team members appropriately. Will also support 8 senior team members as needed with expense reports, meeting arrangements, and/or document review.
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related discipline, but relevant work experience will be given consideration for exceptional backgrounds. Candidate will also have 2-4 years+ supporting a top executive in a fast-paced environment, superior organizational & time management skills, and a “concierge” mentality. Must be technically savvy with solid MS Office skills and excellent attention-to-detail. Candidate must enjoy serving as the “right-hand” to the CEO and be adaptable to changing priorities; he/she must be flexible to pitch in as needed in a true team environment!
