Mortgage Loan Originators - Legally originate in all 50 states + Washington, D.C. with Federally Chartered License with national bank. Direct Lender. All pay 1099. Many Loan programs and correspondent lenders including Citimortgage, Countrywide, AmTrust, Chase, Flagstar, Wells Fargo, US Bank, SubTrust, and others.
Receive 100% commission on any program. No YSP discosure as a lender. There is no hidden markup on rates, no hidden fees, no monthly fee and no set up fee. You pay only a small admin fee for each loan you fund. Ideal for independent loan officers who want to keep more of what they generate and brokers looking to expand nationwide.
