We are seeking Managers and Sales Associates. Management candidates will have had a minimum of 4 years in a management role, leading people and striving for perfection to make every outcome a 'win-win'. Our sales associates are top notch and motivated to sell. A footwear background is preferred but not required. If you can sell, motivate people and are zealous about what you do, we want to talk to you!
Management responsibilities:
- Maintain company standards in all areas of operation.
- Approach business with a sense of urgency and a 'can do' attitude.
- Effectively merchandises the store to maximize sales.
- Train staff to effectively perform all job responsibilities.
- Lead by example, and set the selling floor standard.
- Ensure compliance with current employment laws.
- Assess store morale and resolve all issues.
