Quality Carpet One Floor and Home, a fast growing retail flooring company in the Northern Virginia area is currently looking for Sales Professionals to join our team of over 100 employees! Founded in 1989, Quality Carpet One Floor and Home is a family owned multi-showroom company that installs and sells a variety of high quality flooring products throughout Northern Virginia area.
Snap shot of the position
The products we offer to our customers include carpet, hardwood, dura-ceramic, tile, laminate, vinyl, cork, and granite. As well as providing outstanding service within the showroom, we encourage our Sales Professionals go outside the showroom and join local networking groups to build their sales leads.
General Duties:
-Greet customers when they enter showrooms
-Qualify customers for their flooring needs
-Estimate cost of proposed job to customer
-Work with office staff to make sure that customer’s material for order has been ordered, scheduled, and also payment received on timely basis
-Follow up with customer to make sure we have met their flooring needs and that they are satisfied with their flooring product they purchased
Requirements:
At least 2 years of sales experience
Minimum computer skills
Highly Motivated Individual
Flooring experience is preferred
Training
Our Sales Professionals are provided with extensive training of the flooring industry. Being that training is very important part of Quality Carpet One’s culture, we continually strive to keep our Sales Professionals up to date with the newest products and selling techniques of the industry. We provide computer based trainings, in house training seminars, manufacturer/supplier product and installation trainings, as well as occasionally outside trainings to help our Sales Professionals build upon their sales skills and flooring knowledge.
