Included in this package is a full size bed w/linen, a dresser, nightsand, a walk-in closet, a 32 inch wall mounted television, HP desk top computer, ceiling fan, window treatments, Comcast cable/internet, all utilities, and community pool/amenities. In exchange for negotiable rent, the interested individual needs to be available to oversee that my self sufficient child is ready in the morning to be picked up by her carpool. This is only required during the school year Tuesday thru Friday.
