I have a room available for rent beginning June 1 - July 1 (flexible move in date), here are the details:
-Room is large, gets plenty of light from 3 windows

-Bathroom is shared with me (female), and I don't have a preference on sharing with either a guy or girl
-Lots of storage space in basement
-Renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops
-Bathrooms newly renovated this year
-Roommates are in their mid 20s, one guy and two girls
-Wireless internet, cable with HBO/other movie channels
-Cable hookup in room (so you don't have to string cable cords all over the place
-House is 10-12 minute walk to Ballston metro station (orange line)
-Custis trail (biking/running) is 2 blocks away, great for commuting if you bike commute
-One small dog lives with us, he's very friendly and lazy, spends his time eating and sleeping
-Back patio with gas grill and firebowl for cookouts
-Screened in porch for lounging/reading/drinking margaritas
We are pretty quiet during the week but like to go out on the weekends. I own the house, so any repairs or problems are dealt with quickly. We are clean but aren't crazy about it, and are easy going. The house is really nice -- it's like one of the expensive condos, but with more room! We have a living room, dining room, guest room, and a yard. Rent is $925/month, utilities not included. Other dogs considered on a case-by-case basis.
