Room for rent in single family house located near Tysons.
Location: The house is located less than 5 miles from Tysons and although it is considered Falls Church, falls on the border between Falls Church and McLean. There is easy access to 495, 66, Dulles Toll Road, 123, and Route 7. Not currently within walking distance to metro but a quick drive to West Falls Church.
Roommates: You would be sharing the house with a couple. We are both working professionals in our early 30's. We are very sociable and are always doing something, whether going over to friends, seeing movies, playing poker, playing the wii, exercising or entertaining. We are looking for someone who is sociable as well but also very low maintenance and cleans up after themselves.
House/Room Specs: The house is one-level, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a living room, dining room, big kitchen, family room, laundry room and a decent sized deck for entertaining. The house is fully furnished, with the exception of your bedroom (however some furniture can be provided if needed). The bedroom is about 14x16(these are approximations). You would have a bathroom to yourself, however it does also serve as the guest bathroom for when visitors come over. There is plenty of street parking. Pictures are available upon request.
Cost: The room is $625/month. Utilties are split 3 ways and average around $110/month. Utilities include water, gas, electricity, local phone, high speed internet, directv (you have the capability to have a receiver in your room), trash, and shared household supplies (ie paper towels, dish soap, cleaning products, etc).
