Available June 1, 2008. We’re losing a roommate because she's getting married.

Nice suburban neighborhood and friendly roommates.

Share the bathroom with 1 female.

The shared areas are the kitchen and living room in the main level.

The lease is nine months and a one month security deposit is required.

Single occupancy only. Sorry no pets are allowed. No smoking inside.

All utilities are included (electric, water, heating, A/C, dish network & wireless internet). Parking is in front of the house.

The house is close to Fairfax Co Parkway, I-95, Route 123. The closest Metro Station is Franconia/Springfield but you need a vehicle to get there.

The closest intersection is: Hooes Rd and Silverbrook Rd.
