I have one empty room in a 3 bdrm, 3.5 bath townhouse. The room is spacious (11x12) and has a big closet, private bathroom, and hardwood floors. We will share two common rooms on the main floor and the kitchen (which I just remodelled). The house also has a washer/dryer, highspeed internet, and digital cable. All this and all utilities are included in the rent. Street parking is ample, but if you'd like there is a designated spot for rent.
The location is prime! Potomac Yard (Target, Best Buy, Shoppers, Sports Authority, Barnes& Nobles, Regal Cinema, and more) is just a 5 minute walk away, and 5 minutes in the other direction, Del Ray offers a world of variety in dining along with attractions like the Birchmere. Old Towne, Regan National Airport, I-395, the Drafthouse and other Arlington attractions, and the King Street or Pentagon City Metro stations are all within 10 minutes by car, bus, or bike.
