Hi, 2 bedrooms available in a package deal in the end unit townhouse located off Braddock road behind Twinbrook shopping center close to GMU.
Looking to rent both rooms to one person and single occupancy only.You could use one room as bedroom, another as an office. There are currently 2 people occupying the house. One person in master bedroom with full private bath, another (myself) in the basement bedroom.
Looking for mature, responsible but not uptight people same age as myself. Prefer working profesionals or grad students. No heavy loud partying, obsessive drinking, drugs, etc. Looking for people that will pay rent on time, respect others' property and clean up after themselves. Absolutely no pets allowed due to allergies. Prefer non-smokers although one current tenant smokes outside only.
The bedrooms have new carpet, new paint, ceiling fans with lights. They are unfurnished. Both rooms sized about 10x10 with a 2x6 closet. The rooms share a full bathroom which was remodeled several years ago. Kitchen, living room, and dining room are common occupancy and are shared between all tenants. The house has a nice outdoor wooden pation/deck on the main level. Washer and dryer are in the basement. I can take in some living room furniture. Limited storage space available downstairs.

Utilities - electricity, water, trash and snow removal - are included. FIOS Internet will be setup on a wireless router soon and is extra charge but fixed rate. We don't have TV at the house but can order. There will be 1 shared parking spot in front of the house for 2 people but street parking is available very close to the house. The community has a pool.
