Hi! We are two friendly women seeking a third friendly roommate for our 3 level townhome, as (sadly) our current roommate needs to move closer to her new job. The room is the master bedroom with its own private bath The lease begins begins July 1st. Monthly rent is $660 and there is a refundable security deposit of $660 and rental application required on move-in. We each pay a third of the utilities (basic cable, Internet, gas, electric, and water) which range between $60-$120 each/month. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, a little less than a mile from the Fairfax/Vienna metro station. We have central air, wireless Internet, a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed (the owners installed new carpet before we moved in).
About us: We host a weekly Thursday night young adult Bible study in our home. Amy is an admissions officer at a local university and a part time international studies grad student. I'm a teaching assistant for Arlington County Schools and a part time art education grad student. We keep the common areas clean and agree that positive communication is essential to any living situation.
