These were totally designed and built in-house by General Motors featuring a full aluminum space frame, fibreglass shell, and front wheel drive Olds Toronado 455 drivetrain with owners consistently reporting an economical 12-13 mpg. It has a 6000kw Onan generator, central vac, 3 burner Magic Chef gas stove, GE microwave and full head with shower. there is strong club support, monthly newsletters, and a number of shops that specialize in these such as Cinnabar Engineering at www.thegmcmotorhomepeople.com they offer restored examples for $65-85k and have a great deal of information about these coaches at their website. This unit only has 40,809 original miles, the interior is totally original. the self leveling air suspension works fine, vehicle is currently registered. it needs a good service to be road ready, has not been driven much in the past 6 years. 25" Coleman Caravan, now made by Fleetwood. 2002. There are stains on the floor but the floor is not soft, I had it checked by a mechanic. If you are very big you will fell some give - this is normal and has been that way since day one. The floor is insulated metal and the roof is seemless (sweet!) One storage counter top will need to be replaced. Give me a call, I'm going out in it this week but will be back by the weekend.

This 27 foot trailer is in excellent condition, it has had a few short trips (5 years ago) and one longer one to Myrtle Beach. It has roof AC and a gas furnace. There is a big slideout where the dinette and a double bed sofa/futon reside. The queen bed is in the front, and can be screened off by a little accordion separator. The full bath with tub/shower is in the back and is the full width of the trailer. There are lots of windows and two roof vents. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 3 burner propane stove with oven and a microwave above. There is a six (6) gallon propane water heater. The refrigerator will run on propane or 110V. The trailer has two 30 gal propane tanks and two 12v batteries. There is lots of outside and inside storage and an awning (that has a little tear in it). It is wired for TV and there is a crank up antenna on the top that can be rotated for a good picture if you are in a local TV area. It holds 30 gallons of fresh water, has a 30 gallon grey water holding tank and a 40 gallon black water tank. It has been used as a "guest house" for the past couple of years and now that our home is finished, it needs to find a new home. There is a load leveling hitch with it and, due to it's weight (10,860 GVWR), probably should be pulled any distance with a 3/4 ton truck at a minimum (we have a Dodge Ram 2500). It is ready to roll, I will pay for a new inspection and any repairs to make it pass. There is also a set of sway bars. It pulls nicely but it's not a lightweight. Tires are about 90% with no apparent cracking. There is a new spare under a cover, never used. The exterior picture is a similar trailer, ours has an electric tongue jack on it. The interior pictures are our trailer but now there is a new black microwave instead of the white one. Reduced from $7150, Must sell!!

It is extremely comfortable for a couple with a few kids. Two little kids fit nicely on the dinette when it's "down" and a larger one or two small ones on the sofa when it's flattened out into a bed. The queen bed is very comfortable and has a lot of storage underneath it.

2005 YAMAHA Bruin 350 4x4 (YFM35FATR). We bought this ATV new from Fredericksburg Motor Sports and it has been garage kept from day one. This is my wife's ATV (I have a Raptor 660 that I'm not selling). She rode it very little and took very good care of it. It starts, runs, idles and accelerates great.

We bought the snow plow kit and the Warn Winch kit and installed them in 2005. They both work very well, though we haven't had much snow since then!

The left rear fender has a small crack in it (see picture). Other than that the machine is in great shape. The tires are original and are barely warn. We have not modified this ATV at all - it is 100% stock.

We hold the title free and clear.
