I'm posting this on behalf of my boyfriend, trying to help him find a place. His lease is up in October, but he'll be moving out of state in January so he just needs something for three months. He would prefer to sublet, but is willing to rent a room in a house. He's looking to live with people who are willing to share and view him as part "owner" rather than just a temporary guest.
