2 BR/2 BA needed for one month (May into June) (Fairfax, Fair Oaks, Reston, Centreville)
We are looking for a minimum of 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment/townhome/condominium for rent. We have a general vacinity to temporarily move into: Fairfax, Fair Oaks, Reston, Centreville, Vienna, or a surrounding town. We are working professional adults, so most of the day will be spent out of the home. We are very clean and quiet people.
Unfortunately, we are downsizing our home and have to move out (by the request of the new owners) by May 24 because it was sold. The property we purchased is not ready to be occupied, but I am almost certain to be moving into our next home by June 27. Therefore, we would need a one month rental home (plus a few extra days). I am looking for a furnished home, preferably.. I don't mind furnishing if necessary.
We would also like to have our medium sized mixed breed dog that is VERY well behaved to stay in your home (no messes/mistakes, no chewing, and little shedding!) . She is very calm and typically sleeps during the day while we are at work. If she is not welcome, we can have her stay with someone else in the meantime.
