Quiet, professional female seeks basement apt or studio within walking distance of Franconia-Springfield metro. No pets, no parties, rare overnight guests (i.e. the occasional family member) and smokes outdoors. No pets, but OK if you have them.
Must move by June 1st. Current landlord has been recommissioned out of state, but can provide a reference if necessary. Willing to help out with additional chores/house maintenance in exchange for reduced rent.
