23 y/o Female Looking for Room To Rent (Reston or Fair Oaks)
Hello! I'm looking for a place to rent in Reston or Fairfax/Fair Oaks area. Looking to pay between $450.00 - $600.00 (including utilities.). I would like a room with a private bathroom if possible. I'm looking for a roomie/s in their mid to late 20's, someone that I would get along well with. Not looking for a best friend, just would like to be in a pleasant living environment.
A little about me...I'm 23, work full time in Fairfax. I have a boyfriend that lives in Herndon, I spend a few nights a week at his house.
I am very laid back, friendly and very clean! Drug free and rarely drink but still like to have fun and am social (I'm past the partying stage of my life)
However, I do smoke but only outside.
(I know that's not extremely desirable, but..)
I have a 1 year old Goldendoodle..he doesn't shed and is hypoallergenic. He's great! He's housebroken, I bring him to work with me a few days a week and the days he stays home I put him in a crate. He's very friendly and energetic (still very much a puppy). I take full responsibility for him and do not expect my roommates to take care of him, walk him, feed him, etc.
