Super Energetic and Responsible Sales Specialist is needed to join Neighborhood Realty Solutions, a company that buys and liquidates short sale properties nationwide. Our company has in excess of $50 million to buy properties that are facing foreclosure. Prior real estate or mortgage experience could be a plus, it is not necessary to be successful at this position.
We’re looking for people who can spend JUST 2 HOURS PER DAY – that’s right – JUST 2 HOURS PER DAY to communicate with realtors to find out if they have short sale listings; and if so, to build a rapport with these realtors to take the time to fill out our “short sale property information form.” This is the form that we use to evaluate short sales for negotiation and purchase.
We are a team of professionals that have organized a business to houses in in almost every region of the U.S. And, our typical acquisition target is a nice house in a nice neighborhood that is currently worth between $200,000 to $2,000,000. In addition to buying the properties, we take care of the negotiations with the lenders, and we manage the liquidation or sale of properties to end-buyers.
You will receive 10% of our net profit for every short sale property information sheet that you submit to us. With an average net profit of $30,000, some of you will make $2,000 to $3,000 per month part time. Others will make much more.
Here’s how some of you will make over $25,000 per month. We give you the script and train you. You spend a minimum of 2 hours per day 5 days per week speaking with realtors. For conservative planning purposes we will assume that you email to us 5 (some of you will do twice this amount) filled-out property information sheets per week; that’s 20 per month. And, again to be conservative, we will assume that 60% of the homeowner’s sign our short sale documents and 75% of the deals we send to our negotiation team are successfully closed. This results in 45% of your property information sheets producing income for you.
So, here’s how someone can make $27,000 in a single month: 9 deals closed out of 20 submitted with an average net profit of $30,000 and 10% compensation for the sales specialist results in a monthly payment to the sales specialist of $27,000.
