In search of a good Website developer to develop a financial news (RSS feed etc) website. Website is set up and on-line but will need all RSS feeds hooked up. Have a high level design. Estimating no more than 10 hours to complete this project and looking for a reasonable quote since this is a shoestring budgeted project.
Nice to have: French/English Speaking since website MAY have content in French in addition to English.
