Functional Analyst:
As a member of our functional team, will analyze customer feedback and uncover actionable insights for our clients. The new hire will play a key role in exploring the factors or touch points that shape customer experience for each business and assist in building custom categorization models designed to capture all the value buried in customer comments that clients receive from emails, surveys, blogs, social media, call centers, etc. on a daily basis. Clarabridge is a software technology company, but this is not a highly technical role – we are looking for strategic thinkers with business skills, all majors are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate must be a fast-learner who is willing to help out wherever he/she is needed
- Candidate must have a strong understanding of and interest in the English language
- Experience/interest in Market Research a plus
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (i.e., Microstrategy, Cognos) a plus
