Job Description:
We currently have an immediate position available for onsite ASP.NET/C # Developer with a TS/ISSA clearance to aid in the development of high-level collaboration websites. Candidate should have experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle and be familiar with a variety of RDBMS and other web presentation technologies such as AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and XML. The preferred candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing custom SharePoint and dynamic database driven web sites that incorporate a variety of enterprise information for mission critical operations. This is a dynamic position that requires both technical expertise and willingness to work with others.

Required Skills and Experience:

B.S. degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
21+ year’s software development experience with current experience with C# programming language.
In-depth knowledge of the Intelligence Community and detailed knowledge of the software project life cycle
SharePoint Object Model development experience.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve technical and non technical issues (e.g. equipment, systems, networks, computer operations, cover issues etc).
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to effectively understand and communicate orally, in writing, and interpersonally to various customers/audiences and convey technical information to non technical individuals.
TS/ ISSA clearance

Desired Skills and Experience:

Knowledge of publishing standards including SGML, HTML, and XML.
Experience using Visual Studio and SharePoint Designer development experience.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Security Model, Events, Alerts, and Workflows.
Experience working with the Agile Project Management Methodology.

Responsibilities:

Perform requirements analysis, detailed design, and develop software documentation.
Develop unit tests, integration tests, and perform code refactoring.
Write necessary code; Ensure interoperability with other applications; Provide extensive technical advice and guidance to applications developers and other members of the team
Provides technical direction to project managers as required ensuring project deadlines are met.
Domestic travel as needed.
