Crew Coach needed for local High School Women's team. Experience coaching preferred, only rowing/coxing experience required. Very competitive team, two gold medals and one bronze at States last season. Crew team has been operating for 24 years, over 35 years combined coaching experience on staff. Large team, approx 90 kids total. We will provide Fairfax County badging. Winter Conditioning begins 11/23/9 in the afternoons from 3-6 Mon-Thurs. On-the-water begins February 22nd, 3:30-6:30 Monday-Friday, regattas on Saturdays. Season ends with trip to Stotesbury Cup and Nationals; team will pay for travel expenses.
