FITNESS TRAINERS - Snap Fitness of Ashburn, is also seeking a Professional, Certified Fitness Trainer who is responsible for Energetically selling personal training services and delivering personal training results for our clients. This individual will be accountable for delivering consistent monthly personal training sales targets by enrolling prospective fitness training clients in personal training programs and delivering the services that help them achieve their individual fitness objectives. You will utilize the Snap Fitness selling process with emphasis on our high level of personal training services including our broad fitness offerings, as well as all the values of our club. The Snap Fitness � Fitness Professional (FITPRO) participates actively in fitness class offerings, boot camps, one on one personal training, as well as member retention activities by providing an Enthusiastic, Professional, High Energy level of service to all of our members. This position is accountable for selling group training packages, personal training services, group classes, nutrition planning, supplement packages, and general support of new members providing clients with health and personal wellness assessments. The FITPRO will support club staff, club management, and the general club membership needs.

- A strong, enthusiastic, ability to initiate and create friendly relationships with members, guests and staff.
- A professional, polite, enthusiastic, high energy appearance at all times.

We prefer you have:
- B.A. or B.S. in recreation, fitness, business management or a related field preferred.
- One to two years experience in personal training and/or fitness sales.
- A basic knowledge of Microsoft office products and basic computer competency.
- A basic understanding and knowledge of the fitness membership sales process, cross-selling and up-selling (but we will train you).

Trainers must have:
- A minimum of one of several recognized personal training certifications by an accredited personal training organization.
