1967 VW Bug CONVERTIBLE (Arlington) $3500

VERY RARE 1967 Volkswagen Bug Convertible!!

First year with the 12 volt system.
Last year with the old style seats and bumpers.
A true Classic!!

This is an incomplete restoration project. You can not drive this car away. If you have never done VW or classic car restoration, then this is not the car for you. But if you have done restoration, then you will smile big and broad at this little cherry.

The car has:

A CLEAR TITLE!
Solid body!
New top! (New 5 years ago, never outside, but a little discoloration on underlining.)
New floor pans!
Solid rockers! (Replaced)
Package Shelf is solid (has been replaced)!
Even the wheel well has only a tiny bit of rust!
Very little rust anywhere!

Box of extra parts such as extra 1967 windshield wiper (worth over $100).
All the lenses and lights (or at least most of them) are in a box.
Also have an extra 1967 fender (RARE), gas tank, and gauges.
(The fenders and tank in the car are fine, I stripped a 67 bug for parts and kept these)

Here are things that still need to be done:
- Need interior (seats, carpet, door panels); (I do not have these)
- Replacement hood needs to be painted;
- Hood release cable is broken;
- Doors need glass;
- Rear window glass needs to be put in (but I have it);
- Put on running boards; (the ones I have are old, new ones are cheap)
- Bumpers have some rust, you probably will want to replace them;

I am really not sure about the condition of engine and brakes. It has the original 1500cc engine and turns with normal resistance when I pull on the belt. I don�t want to try starting it up because the gas in it is pretty old. The wheels roll fine. I priced this under the assumption that engine and brakes need work, so if they are OK then it's a free bonus.

The paint job was done before I got it. It's not bad, but I personally don't like the color and the paint is laid on a bit thick. You may want to repaint it. When I say the paint job is "new" that means it was new seven years ago and the car has not been in the sun or the rain or driven since then, so it still looks new.

The key with this car is that THE METAL IS GOOD.
It has a good frame and a solid body.

Fully restored this car would easily go for $12,000 - $15,000.

I have this grossly under priced at $3,500.

I can only show the car on weekends.

1998 Camaro SS - great condition, low miles (Sterling) $9000

This is my 1998 red Chevrolet Camaro SS with only 90,100 miles on it. It is a 6-speed manual transmission with gray cloth interior. This car had been meticulously cared for over the years. I'm the third owner and purchased it from a 47 year old woman back in 2005. The car has been garage kept for about 95% of its life and I have continued to keep the records from the first owner. There are 3 binders documenting the car. One has all the info received when the car was purchased, one has all the maintenance records, and the other has all the receipts and bills from the purchasing and professionally installation of all performance parts.

All of the cars after market parts have been professionally installed and are all top of the line parts and they include, lowering springs, rear suspension kit, full exhaust, headers, air intake system, under drive pulleys, mass air flow sensor, intake manifold, spark plug wires, short throw shifter. I had the car on a dyno machine last summer and it put down 335hp and 340ft/lb at the rear wheels. This translates to almost 400hp at the motor up from the stock 320hp.

I have a lightly used Fisher Price rainforest swing and the rainforest jumperoo for sale. Everything works like the day they were purchased. My daughter loves them but we are moving to Hawaii so unfortunately we have to let them go. Both items are a year old. I can sell them separately or together. The swing is $60 and the jumperoo is $40. We are a nonsmoking home but we do have a bichon frise (small white dog that does not shed.)
