Looking for clean, respectful, sublet to take over my room for two months this summer (June/July Dates flexible). The apt is CLOSE to the Rosslyn (blue/orange) metro (2.5 blocks). Rosslyn is one stop out of the District, and about a 20min walk over to Georgetown. Would prefer full payment for the two months (2200) up-front and covers all apt expenses- rent, utilities, internet, cable.
