I am looking for a female to rent my bedroom with a private bath in Ballston from June 1st to August 1st. Rent is $925, excluding utilities, cable and internet (which ranges from $50-$100 per month depending on use). Its in a 3-bedroom townhouse that's in a quiet area and a 5 min walk to the Ballston metro. You would be living/sharing the kitchen and common areas with 2 other women. The room is spacious and furnished with a bed, desk, bookshelf and TV. SORRY NO PETS--roommates are allergic. There is street parking available for those with Arlington County permits.
