Am moving out of the country to take a new job and must sublet my room FROM JANUARY 2010 THROUGH JUNE 2010. The lease is up July 1. Rent is $925 per month for the room. The room is in a townhouse within 5 minutes walk to East Falls Church metro (1 song on the iPod). Also easily accessible to Rt. 66. It is convenient to get just about anywhere in the DC/NOVA area. Nice neighborhood near running/cycling trails, basketball/tennis courts, parks. Coffee shop and dry cleaners on the block.

There are 3 other (male) roommates - all graduated from Penn State in 2007 and have full-time jobs. All are normal easy-going guys that take good care of the house. You'll find them to be welcoming as well as entertaining. Will hang out or give you whatever space you need.

The room is 14x18 feet. It easily fits a queen bed, dresser, chest, desk and bookshelf. These are all pieces that I have in the room right now. They are lightly used and I would be willing to part with them for cheap if you need furniture (makes it easy for you to move in, and for me to move out). The room has a big two door closet. There is a full bathroom on the same floor that would be shared with 1 male roommate.
