This unique vintage device bridged the gap between the modern computer and the electric typewriter. In one mode, it works exactly like an electric typewriter. By flipping a switch, it changes modes to a word processor. It has a fold-up screen which displays 8 lines of 80 characters each and features a 42,000 character internal memory. Documents can be saved to a 3.5� floppy disk.

These typewriter/word processor hybrids still find utility today and are especially useful for filling in forms. Ever tried filling in a form with a modern computer and printer? The PWP 2000 can be used in its electric typewriter mode to easily fill in any form you could fit around the roller.

This example is in almost new condition. The ribbon cassette is still fresh and produces excellent type quality. The daisywheel is Regency 10 font. The lift-off tape is present and works as designed.
