Desktop Support Analyst:
Support Hardware, Software, LAN's, Networks, Server, and Corporate Data Systems
Must have experience performing remote and on-site diagnosis as well as break/fix.
Experience with BlackBerry support and BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
Must be able to Support Microsoft Products: Outlook, Active Directory, etc.
Experience with different Ticketing Systems.
Must have experience of working in a large enterprise environment.
Must be comfortable with all phone support.
Experience with Citrix a plus
Experience troubleshooting: VPN, Office Communicator, Symantec Endpoint Protection, SharePoint, IE 8, Windows 7, networking
Experience with: PKI, DOD PKI and CAC
Using a ticketing system
Using an ACD System
STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE NECESSARY.
