Helpdesk Technician

Clovis Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Helpdesk Technician to support our client in Falls Church, VA on a contract to hire basis. Our client is currently seeking Helpdesk Technicians to support users with installation, configuration, ad upgrades of Citrix Presentation Server, Citrix Access Gateway, VMWare and other Virtualization solutions for a variety of customers. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of helpdesk experience and knowledge of Citrix Presentation servers in an enterprise-level Windows environment. Most importantly, candidates must demonstrate strong desire and ability to learn new skills. This is a full time position located in Falls Church, Virginia.

Candidate must possess the following:

•3+ years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree, or no degree and equivalent experience
•US Citizenship with ability to obtain a security clearance
•Knowledge of:
oActive directory
oDNS
oVPNs
oGPOs
oCITRIX

Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Netscalers, Access Gateways, and CITRIX farm administration
