JOB OPPORTUNITY DETAILS

Primary Job Duties:
o Providing account activation, system orientation, and customer service support to commercial and residential customers nationwide via phone and email.
o Utilizing our advanced online tools and resources to assist and troubleshoot customer concerns and respond to account inquiries.

Superior Compensation Package
These positions feature a competitive compensation package which includes a salary range between the high $30,000s to low $40,000s depending on experience. In addition, these positions will enjoy the full range of company benefits which include medical, dental and vision coverage.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
o Must have superior computer skills
o Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
o Must have a minimum of one (1) year of uninterrupted call center telephonic experience.
o Must have patience and an ability and comfort level in explaining technical concepts to lay persons.
o Must be detail oriented, methodical and able to follow highly detailed instructions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
o Experience providing Technical support preferred, but not required – We will train to use our web-based tools, and troubleshoot user’s systems.
o Being tech-savvy is a definite plus.
