SIGAL Construction Corporation, one of the area’s leading general contractors, is looking for a proven leader in technology to manage the IT function within our Crystal City Virginia office and various jobs site locations. This individual will be responsible for a team consisting of infrastructure, telecommunications, technical support, computer operations. This individual must plan, coordinate, and supervise all activites related to the design, development and implementation of organizational information systems including coordination with both internal team members and external consultants.

Requirements/responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or similar
-At least 5 years experience
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications and Mac Systems
-Proficient in Access Database
-Recommending the most cost-effective and efficient use of the servers
-Suggesting and provide IT solutions to business and management problems
-Installing, configuring, supporting and maintaining user workstations, server hardware and software infrastructure
-Experience w/ network backups
-Maintain back-up and recovery systems and software
-Maintain valid licensing for all software
-Maintain software and hardware inventory
-Manage the website and keep internal networks running
-Manage and install necessary service packs and updates to all server and workstation software
-Ability to stay current and utilize emerging technologies
-Ability to manage tasks and projects within a specified period of time
