Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant reports to the office manager and is responsible for the first impression in our Corporate Headquarters. Managing this first impression encompasses items such as assisting our guests, facilities management, and acting as assistant to the Executive team (including on-site and remote team members). While multi-tasking and prioritization skills are a table stake for this position, it is also equally important that this individual possess a strong understanding of the most current office software packages.
This position requires and individual who can align themselves and their day-to-day functions with our Vision and Core Values. The ideal candidate must possess confidence, strong work ethic, dedication and have a "Whatever It Takes" attitude to get the job done while maintaining the high standards of excellence for which BridgeStreet Worldwide is recognized globally.
Experience Requirements - A minimum of 4 years experience in same or similar position.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability
• High level of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook proficiency
• The ability to take a project from start to finish working with multiple team members during the process (including email and phone communication)
• Strong organizational skills allowing multiple projects to advance simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - includes frequent email and phone communication with our various offices and their management teams in the US, Europe & Asia
• Facilities management to include meeting & conference room management, supply ordering and mailroom responsibilities
