C WATKINS & ASSOCIATES, INC. (CWI) is looking for an hourly non exempt part time professional employee to provide Tier I Help Desk Technician support. Duties include answering the help desk support line, entering customer contact and issue information into an automated trouble ticketing system and referring the call to a qualified Tier II Technician. Basic technical computer knowledge required.
Work Location will be in Arlington, VA within a block of the Rosslyn Metro station. Hours will be from 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Starting salary is $15 per hour.
