Requirements for Position:
Candidates need to have 1-3 years experience in computer configuration, troubleshooting and repair, customer helpdesk support experience and the ability to quickly learn current system configurations. A minimum of an Associates Degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Candidates need to enjoy working with both computers and people and be able to demonstrate good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Some travel, a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
