Qualifications
Experience with either Adobe Premier, Sony Vegas, After Effects, Windows Movie Maker.
Experience with special effects and green screen compositing
Teaching experience isnt necessary but is a definite plus!
Must be able to teach in the evenings after 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and also early Saturdays
* Cameraman - Must have at least 5 years experience in news, documentary, sport, entertainment Corporate /
* Driver - Must have clean record for the last 3 years, traffic and crime record police and DMV.
* Audio Recorder Tech - Must be familiar with recording in all format mp3 wav and other format,
* Live sound Tech - Must be familiar with digital sound craft or similar 42 channel board and live music concert or corporate
* Video Streaming Tech - Must have knowledge in streaming and video conferencing and cameramen at least 3 to 5 years
* Lighting Tech - With theater and digital mixer or live concert

The Installation Technician will be expected to take direction from the Lead Technician, Project Manager and Project Engineer; and neatly and efficiently complete the assigned tasks. Responsibilities include:
- Completing all of the on-site installation tasks required for a project, which generally includes equipment rack fabrication, prewire, rigging, and cable terminations.
- Identifying on-site issues and reporting problems to the Lead Technician and Project Manager.
- Assisting the Project Engineer with testing and tuning completed systems.

The ISD/T will work with a team consisting of technical writer/editor, IT specialist, SMEs and Sr. ISDs. Work will be full time on-site at a federal office in Arlington, Virginia, two blocks from the Metro.
Candidate must have
Mastery of design tools such as In Design, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Captivate, Breeze, QuickTime, plus LMS tools.
Bachelors degree in Instructional Systems Design
Minimum five years experience in instructional systems design, curriculum development and training - for adults

Duties / Responsibilities:
Senior ITI Engineering representative at a project installation site. Interprets plans and specifications. Communicates with the Customer and ITI Project Engineers. Schedules and directs the installation crew activities and provides overall day-to-day supervision of the job site. Responsible for quality control and insuring the work meets ITI performance standards. Prepares daily project reports. Manages labor budget, timeline, and members of his/her project installation team in order to successfully execute the overall project plan. Trouble-shoots and finds solutions to problems encountered at the job site. Assists the Project Engineer with final system testing and acceptance.
