Description: Full service Mitigation and Restoration Company needs a Project Manager experienced in residential and commercial restorations damaged from Fire, Water, or Mold. The position involves managing multiple jobs to speedy conclusion and within budget. Excellent communication and strong computer and organizational skills are required. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Working with clients to ensure each project is handled appropriately.
- Ability to resolve issues with good oral and written communication skills.
- Self motivated and detailed oriented.
- Capable of working with minimal direction.
- Ensure each job meets assigned deadlines.
- Negotiation skills as well as multi-tasking skills.
- Is able to recommend procedures to make processes more efficient.
- On-Call Service rotation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma – College Degree a plus
- Commercial or residential restorations experience.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication
- Must possess good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Outgoing individual with working knowledge of insurance restoration
- Superior customer relationship skills
- Certifications are a definite plus
