Based in Sterling, VA with an office in Capital Heights, MD, Reston Limousine serves the Washington, DCs transportation needs with the areas largest fleet of vehicles comprised of sedans, SUVs, vans, and all sizes of buses. Our clientele stretches from the individual consumer to the largest public and private organizations. Throughout our 19 year history, Reston Limousine has become the industry standard for executive transportation. RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform preventative maintenance with a thorough approach to avoid future and on the road issues.
Perform corrective maintenance on an as needed basis.
Work with Fleet Manager to find better ways to service the fleet.
Use fleet maintenance software to account for all activity.
Develop relationships for outside vendors through the Fleet Manager.
Follow all safety procedures set out for use of equipment and materials to OSHA, DOT, and company standards.
Perform computerized diagnostic testing to troubleshoot complex engine, mechanical, or electrical problems
Ability to communicate progress on tasks.
Ability to demonstrate practical intelligence and accountability.
Ability to analyze the vehicle data from GPS diagnostics.
Maintain cohesive working relationships with other departments and clients of the Company to assure complete customer satisfaction.
Assist in the cleanliness and maintenance of the fleet shop through regular inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
Ability to work on electrical and HVAC systems.
Ability to work on third party parts such as with mini-buses and limos.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven track record of vehicle maintenance, with an emphasis on large buses.
Strong background in vehicle diagnosing and repair.
Prefer ASE Certifications and current CDL license.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Strong problem solving skills.
High energy level and sense of urgency.
Computer and proper documentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as an effective team member.
Ability to work weekends and holidays, if necessary.
