My techs write their own estimates, if you can not or do not like to write your own estimates this is the wrong place for you!
If you are honest, have GREAT attitude, and are able to provide EXCELLENT customer service then this is the place for you!
If you have the ability to up sell customers on maintenance and repair needs identified this is the place for you! We do BG flushes!
If you can sell you can do well, if you can't sell this is the wrong position for you.
You must have the ability to diagnose, perform, and SELL a complete range of repairs and maintenance services!
VA state safety inspection a plus
ASE certifications a plus
Computer skills required
EXTREMELY reliable
Compensation based upon experience, skill level, performance, certification level, attitude and ability. Salary + flat rate pay.
5 day work week, closed Sunday and one day during week off. Vacation, bonus plan, and health insurance available.
