Nearby activities include water skiing, boating, golf, snorkeling, fishing, parasailing, nightlife and discoteques, jet skiing, scuba diving and tours of ruins with the larger ruins, such as Chichen Itza, on the mainland. Boat excursions to Isla Mujeres or Cozumel are also available.
