We are seeking a part-time Web Developer for our Chantilly, VA office. This is a temporary position with long-term potential, depending on the work load. We are looking for a self motivated individual with effective communication skills, and desire to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day to day Web site content additions
• Troubleshoot problems with the Web site
• Conduct regular quality assurance of site content to ensure that content is current, accurate, and links are working.
• Monitor all work processes and identifying opportunities for process improvement for the Web site
• Continue to improve the dynamic features of the site through integration with current database.
• Maximize and direct Web site traffic through Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Web site Metrics, and search logs (Zoom search).
• Work with other departments closely to ensure that the Web site most effectively meet organizational needs.
• Stay current with relevant online technologies and communications skills.
• Provide on-going technical training and support for staff.
• Work under minimal supervision.

Job Requirements/Qualifications/Knowledge:
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 2 years experience in practical web site administration
• Familiarity with software and web technologies and Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Experience using Web analytics tools, Search Engine Optimization, and other tools to improve Web site traffic
• Proficient in HTML
• Strong strategic thinking and analytic skills as well as good oral and written communication skills
