We are a small company that would like to self-publish two books that are highly relevant in our space. We have the content for it in our heads, hearts and a couple of large presentations. Each book's basis is a 100 page power point slide presentations. We are creating additional content that will add another 100 slides to each presentation. I.e,. each book will ultimately be based on about 200 pages of presentation.
We need to work with someone that has worked is self motivated, asks the right questions, can take our material and shape it and ultimately help us get these books published. There is no real deadline on either of these books but we would like to know what would be an appropriate amount of time that would take to complete this assignment.
Given that we are in DC, we would like the person to be based in the region. Although we will communicate mainly via phone, email and IM, it would be nice to put a face to a name.
