Processor For Bayfield Home Loans, LLC

*******************PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NOT A REQUIREMENT!!!!!!! ***************************

MISSION
As the processor for Bayfield Home Loans you will be responsible for submitting all new loan applications, follow up and completion of closing conditions and accurate ordering of closing documents.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Weight	Responsibility
100%	After receiving a completed file from the loan officer you will order the appraisal and title work and then submit the loan to lender in the proper format.

CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS (CSFs) - Performance Measurements

•	Submit files to lender in a timely manner to ensure on time closing
•	Anticipate upcoming closing conditions from underwriters
•	Develop strong relationships with fellow loan coordinators at various other companies
•	Accurately collect all fees associated with the loan file

COMPENSATION

Processor Compensation:
As per your agreement with the owner of Bayfield Home Loans LLC you will be paid a flat rate of $300 per processed loan to a total of 5 per month. After the 5th loan of a given month your rate will be doubled to $450 per loan. For Clarification purposes the following examples are provided:
- You have 3 loans in the pipe scheduled to close for May. You receive 4 more that are scheduled to close in proceeding months. You would still be paid $300 for all 7 loans.
- You have 3 loans in the pipe scheduled to close for May. You receive 4 more loans scheduled to close in June. 2 deals from May get pushed to June for a total of 6 in June. You would be paid $300 for the first 5 and then $450 for the 6th loan closing in June.
In addition any loan that gets denied by a lender that you have processed, you will be paid an hourly rate of $25 per hour for your effort on that loan.
As an FYI, loans typically take 10 hours to process.
Normal Working Hours are 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday – Friday.
Because this is not an "hourly" position, hours are flexible. Some mornings you may need to come in early to make sure a loan closes on time, and sometimes you may need to stay late to make sure a loan is submitted to a lender on time. However, the opposite may be true for slower periods. You may decide to take a Friday off or come in later if you stayed late the previous night.
