<b>Position Requirements:</b>

<li>3+ years of sales experience, residential sales preferred

We are a professional home staging firm hired to decorate and prepare homes for sale in DC, Maryland and Virginia. We work with some of the top Realtors in the area, preparing condos, lofts, rowhouses, single family homes, and model units for most profitable and quickest sale by helping the properties look their best and stand out from the competition. We are looking to add an additional member to the current team to act as an assistant to the Project Manager and assist with project-to-project related tasks such as loading and unloading of inventory at properties and the warehouse, transporting inventory to properties, assisting the design crew and Project Manager on-site at properties with unpacking supplies and décor, pitching in with ironing/steaming linens and bedding, hanging artwork, mirrors, and other wall décor, assembling furniture, meeting/accepting deliveries, de-staging (packing up and removing items from a staged property), and taking direction on a variety of tasks from the Project Manager. It is not necessary that the candidate have any prior experience with staging or interior design. It is important to note that this job is heavily focused on the labor side of the staging industry -- NOT the design side. <br>
<br>
This is a part-time job with anywhere between 3 and 30 hours of work a week. There are weeks when no assistance is needed and there are weeks when assistance is needed all 5 weekdays. The work always occurs on weekdays between the hours of 9 and 6 (but daily hours usually do not exceed 6 hours at a stretch). This job is ideal for a freelancer or student that has a flexible schedule.<br>
<br>
This position requires an individual who is physically capable of lifting and moving (as part of a team) furniture, 35 lb. totes, large pieces of art and mirrors, and heavy boxes of décor. Experience with furniture moving and loading is a plus.<br>
<br>
The job REQUIRES that candidates have a truck, van or SUV that will be used for transporting inventory, small furniture pieces and artificial trees to and from properties. Mileage will be reimbursed when personal vehicles are used for transporting inventory.<br>
<br>
Must be adept at hanging art work and assembling and moving furniture. Must be familiar with working with a power drill and simple tools that are sometimes required for assembling furniture, hanging window treatments, and doing small repairs on furniture/décor. Must be willing to pitch in and lend a hand, whether the task be big or small. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently.<br>
<br>
Other requirements:<br>
• Must not have commuting issues that pose problems with getting an early start (9 AM start time on most days). Most of the Company’s work takes place inside DC’s borders (in all 4 quadrants) so candidates that live in DC are a plus!<br>
• The candidate must have a good attitude and the ability to work independently but also be a team player.<br>
• Must be responsible, trustworthy, able to take initiative and problem solve<br>
<br>
Pay starts at $15/hour with a salary review and potential increase to take place after 4 successful months on the job. Position is paid as an independent contractor.<br>

We are looking for people with great phone skills.  You will not need to be doing any "cold calling" - these are all people who have emailed us with interest in a listing, and we have to schedule a showing for them.<br>

You will be paid hourly with a possible bonus for closed transactions (depends on your skill level).  Once you learn our procedures and get good at working with clients, we'll promote you to a more traditional real estate agent role where you will be showing homes.<br>

If you want to work with a real estate company that's super busy in this slow market period, this might be just the thing for you!  You have to be willing to take direction from us, because we have a very specific way of doing things, and we want to show you what works!<br>

The determination was based on credit information provided by the borrower, such as employment history, salary, and financial statements; publicly available information, such as the borrower's credit history, which is detailed in a triple merged credit report; and the evaluation of the borrower's credit needs and ability to repay the mortgage loan as well as a thorough appraisal review.

Was also responsible for all manual underwrites that could not be approved through an automated approval engine. Typically the manual underwriting was used for loans involving complex risk.
