We are looking for subletters for a fantastic, just-renovated home in Mt. Pleasant on (Kenyon St.) It is 3.5 blocks from the metro.

Right now we are trying to rent 4 rooms for the month of July and one of those rooms through August. The house has just been completely renovated and the finishing touches are being added on now. We are moving in early June so everything will be ready and taken care of for a July sublet. The start and end dates are also flexible - a few days before the end of June and a week or so into August should be alright.

There are two fairly large rooms and two slightly smaller rooms; we're looking for around $1000 for the larger rooms and $900 for the smaller rooms. Utilities are not included, but we will have cable internet and TV set up and that will be included. There is also parking for 3-4 vehicles so we can most likely accommodate you if you need a space.

The neighborhood is one of the quieter and safer areas in the city. Its several blocks off the main traffic vein (16th St.) near the east end of the Zoo. As mentioned above, the Columbia Heights metro is about 3.5 blocks away, as are all of the new shops - target, best buy, marshalls, giant grocery. Tons of restaurants are opening as well and the main drag of Adams Morgan is about a 5 minute walk away.

We are all law students and one of us will be staying over the summer; we're flexible and friendly so if you think you might be interested please respond to this post and we'll see if we can work something out.
