Advancement to senior IT tech is definitely possible. More about our company later in this ad…
To reduce the amount of submissions that have nothing to do with the open position, the following is exactly what we’re looking for in terms of qualifications and experience:

> Education: No certifications are required BUT they help. Your actual work experience is what matters the most.

> Qualification/Knowledge Required:
1. Build a computer from parts to finish. This includes upgrading and troubleshooting hardware (upgrading RAM, etc.).
2. Windows OS Install. You should know how to install Windows XP/Vista and thoroughly troubleshoot. Know your drivers!
3. Know how to set up wireless networks, printers, and configure home networks/file sharing.
4. Virus and spyware removal. There should be no virus or spyware that you are unable to remove.

> Some more information about us.
1. We’re a small IT company, with a lot of business. (Sometimes too much)
2. We’re about to move into a really nice cool office.
3. The environment is very close, and we like to goof off and have fun when we’re not bashing our heads against the keyboards.
4. We like to play video games, and some of us don’t hide our nerdiness.
5. We’re l33t.

> What you’d get:
1. A competitive salary, that is relative to your EXPERIENCE. This starts at about 35K.
2. Medical/dental benefits.

3. Generous employee discounts on IBM/Lenovo products. We’re Thinkpad junkies here.
4. Cell phone allowance.
5. Gas allowance (for travel to clients).

> One Final Note:
PLEASE, PLEASE, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS DO NOT APPLY.
Also, please be specific as to which position you are applying for…
