Built on December 14, 1965, this 911 comes with a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity and retains its matching engine.
The engine was rebuilt in the 1980s to 2.2L 911E specifications and rebuilt again in 2017, along with the transmission. It runs Weber carburetors and has been driven only about 500 miles since the 2017 rebuilds.
The car underwent a thorough restoration, with the body completely disassembled, stripped, and repainted. During the process, the package shelf and seat pan were replaced, along with the passenger door and right rear quarter panel. The car was repainted Silver in 2010; its original factory color was Irish Green.
The interior was restored in 2019, and all rubber seals were replaced. The original interior was finished in brown leatherette.
Other work includes rebuilt brakes and a new fuel tank.
