Main floor: galley kitchen with a double sink, electric stove/oven, built-in microwave, garbage disposal, full size fridge (with icemaker!) and dishwasher. There’s also a standard half bath and stacked washer-dryer.
Upstairs: Both bedrooms; bigger room has space for a king bed, smaller room has space for a queen bed. Full bath is at the opposite end of the hall complete with a shower/tub and plenty of counter space and vanity storage for two people.
There is also an unfinished basement that we use for storage but would work as a space for hobbies or music rehearsals.
Rent is currently $2550/month, plus water and gas. Tenant is independently responsible for Internet, electricity, and lawn maintenance. The lawn is small; big enough for a dog to run around in but no problem to maintain. Very positive experience with the property management company. Timely with service requests, responsive to emails, and the HVAC system and gutters are serviced on an annual basis.
