I bought this unit and a stainless steel blade set in April, 2021. I used it approximately four times when I was advised to drastically reduce my salt intake. I have not used it since. Currently a new unit is on sale for 123.49 at Weston + tax + shipping (Retail is $162.99). The stainless steel jerky slicer blade set I purchased to go with it is currently out of stock at Weston, normally selling for about $54.00 + tax + shipping. The manual and clamps come with the unit, of course. My price for both: $120.00. Cash only please.
