123 acre patented lode mine, this was known as the supply mine; it is in what's known as the Old Dale mining district. all mines were shutdown in 1942 due to the war. You can read about the history of the mining district online, many, many pages about it. I have a large <7 zip files> report I can send anyone interested in reading, very detailed with drilling results. This property has a spectacular view of Joshua Tree National Park. I originally bought it to have a concert venue, like Red Rocks, but it is better suited to mining; it could be developed into a tiny home spot, or a hotel, or any number of things. When you enter the many existing shafts, at 1000-foot deep levels, its 105°F plus in winter, someone with the resources could easily produce geothermal energy. I am willing to finance this property with a 20% down payment, at 5% interest for 15 or 30 years, also willing to take other property as a down payment, or trade based on location and value of property.
